...is a good book.
I observed 8th graders today. They were big and loud. I'm a little afraid.
Five of my boys wrote me a little note, telling me I had to bring tennis shoes on our next sunny day so that I could join them in a soccer game (they've been persistent for 5 weeks now, so I might give in).
A week from now, I will be traveling the Pacific Northwest with my sister and Ishta, and life will be relaxing.
Tonight I am reading Tangerine. It is riveting.

hey Andrea! i'm so pumped to hear that you're beginning to feel at least somewhat competent in the world of teaching young'ins. you got the skills! :) hope your last couple weeks go well!
haha, you think 8th graders are scary, try sub-ing for a junior/senior class. WORD.
In other news, I love you a lot. I'm excited to see you in a couple weeks, because there will be so much camaraderie, I'm getting tingles just thinking about it. :)
I think your right, you are the only person who reads my blogs. I don't think its cause I write boringly, but more so cause my subject matter is boring. Meh, oh well.
I hear the way to ensure your dominance of 8th graders is to pick the biggest one and beat him/her up in front of as many kids as possible.
wait... maybe I am thinking of prison.
"...come love me again..."
oh john denver. i miss him. i should listen to him again. it brings back so many memories.
when do you come back? cause i miss you. and we should sing together.
ANdrea, i love that you love teaching. A word to 8th graders, they are loud and scary, but once i wore cool shoes that were 3 inches high and cool earings, i was in! My 8th grade girls are so cute! (and i never ever ever thought i would say that!:) Safe travels, be blessed, and be in sioux center in June!:)
